If you work with or care for a child navigating one of life's toughest challenges, you may be able to nominate them for a YES DAY experience. Review the eligibility criteria and nomination process below.

Who We Serve
Ages Served
Children & Young Adults Ages 5–21
Eligibility Includes Children Experiencing Life's Toughest Challenges, Including But Not Limited To:
- ✓Medically fragile children
- ✓Children with chronic illnesses
- ✓Intellectual and developmental disabilities
- ✓Foster children
- ✓Children living in poverty
- ✓Children dealing with grief or loss of a parent/sibling
- ✓Mental health challenges
- ✓Physical injuries and long-term recovery
- ✓Other difficult life circumstances impacting childhood joy and stability
Who Can Nominate?
Approved Referral Sources
Children may be nominated for a YES DAY experience through approved referral sources. Nominations must come from a professional or organizational partner — not directly from family members or friends.

Parents, Family Members, and Friends Cannot Nominate a Child
All referrals must come through an approved professional or organizational source. If you are a parent or family member, please reach out to your child's doctor, social worker, school counselor, or another approved partner to initiate a referral on your behalf.
